Math Courses Descriptions
Singapore Dimension Math G1-G7
We use the Singapore Math Dimension Version, which is based on Singapore’s mathematics teaching and learning methods specifically designed for North American students. This textbook is based on the process of understanding knowledge, building models, and problem-solving to learn mathematics. There is plenty of practice and practical exploration. We will use the ICALC mathematical teaching philosophy to teach the course.
Enriched Math L2-L5
It is based on the Singapore Mathematics syllabus and teaching methods, combined with the knowledge of math contests (including the Kangaroo Math Contest), and aims to provide systematic math tuition for children in grades 1 to 6 and help students understand the nature of mathematical concepts. Really and effectively improve school performance and prepare students who are interested in participating in math competitions.
Beast Academy
Beast Academy classes are summer featured courses meant for students with a good foundation in Math. The courses use fun and interactive materials to explore various topics and challenging methods in Math, enabling the students to enhance their logical thinking while having fun. It is great for a summer full of fun while learning new materials!
Contest Math L1-L6
The Mathematics context class(L1-L6) is designed to provide systematic study guidance for AMC8/10/12, CEMC (G7-12) and COMC math competitions. We will systematically explain the knowledge points and combine the examination questions from previous years to lay a solid foundation for students to prepare for participating in various math competitions. We hope that students will achieve good results and prepare for future applications for universities and scholarships.
Math Contest Boot Camps
Contest Boot Camp courses help students apply their Math skills practically in various contests, including the AMC 8/10/12, CEMC Contests (CSMC/Euclid, etc.), COMC, AIME, CMO, USAMO, etc. Contest Boot Camp courses aim to boost the students’ knowledge in order to prepare for specific contests. As a result, our students have achieved outstanding scores on the CEMC/AMC contests, and many of them ranked in the domestic/international Top 1%, 2%, etc.
Ontario High School Math G9-G12
We teach the math based on the Ontario Mathematics syllabus for grade 9-12 students.
